Dr. Raffi Hovsepian, M.D.

Dr. Raffi is an absolute perfectionist and an extremely talented doctor. He genuinely cares about every single one of his patients and takes great pride in his work. I trust him completely because I know he would never perform anything that he doesn't feel 1000% confident in the most beautiful end result. I am never worried, I know I'm in the best hands and I know he is never going to do something just to take my money. He genuinely wants to grow with his patients and have them age as beautifully and gracefully as possible. The best!!!

Incredibly talented surgeon who went above and beyond. I don’t have proper words to express my gratitude to Dr Hovsepian . The staff (Janelle is AMAZING) , the clinic , the OR team & Anesthesiologist were ALL top tier . I am a patient who has had complications in the past and Dr. RH took it all in stride and confidently gave me a result that surpassed my expectations . It took me nearly 8 years to decide on surgeon for this procedure - I extensively researched PS’s around the globe - willing to travel to get the best result . I could not be happier with my decision to trust him for this procedure and to travel to California . Although impressively cerebral his bedside manner is kind, patient and extremely genuine . In today’s world, it’s hard to find a doctor who combines such meticulous attention to detail, perfectionism, and kindness. Dr. Raffi’s commitment to his patients goes above and beyond; I remember he even came in on a Sunday to check on my husband’s progress. His level of care and dedication is truly exceptional. I cannot say enough on the wonderful experience I had with Dr. Hovsepian and his team. From start to finish, he took the time to thoroughly explain every step of my procedure, making sure I felt informed and comfortable at every point. His attention to detail and genuine care for my well-being continued well into recovery, with follow-ups that left me feeling truly supported. As well as being a phenomenal doctor who balances skill with such compassion and commitment, he is also an exceptional human being. He always has his patients best interest at heart. Even though we flew in from D.C. we didn’t feel out of place for even a moment. After my positive experience, I brought my family members who also had nothing short of an amazing things to say. I had a few consultations with Dr. Hovsepian for different treatments. I found him to be professional, good beside manner, and very knowledgeable about his craft. However, the issue I have with them is the way they rushed me into a procedure I felt pressured to schedule a surgery date and secured it with a $2500 deposit. I ofc felt buyer's remorse once all those feelings subsided and really took my time to decide what I wanted to do and what was best for me. I proceeded to cancel my surgery date, which was within a few days of having made the deposit, and I should have been honored with a full refund. Their refund policy states it can be returned if 2 weeks out from surgery date. The problem here was that they did not give me a 30-day surgery date. They gave me a 2 week surgery date from when I made the deposit. How was I supposed to have 2 weeks prior when my actual surgery date was 2 weeks out? so when I canceled the appt, it was about 12-13 days out. I was told that they had secured surgery staff, and they missed out on my procedure, so they had to pay them. Say what?! I canceled within a few days it might have been less than 72 hrs, to be exact. There's no way those fees would have been incurred in such a short period. I wasn't given a fair amount of time to decide, like it's stated in their cancelation policy. I was extremely disappointed that this Dr's office chose to keep my hard earned $2500 without a care of their reputation. I would imagine it's worth more than that small amount. I truly feel they lied to me and felt taken advantage of. 2 stars bc of the Dr's expertise. Zero stars for taking advantage of people's vulnerability and keeping money not rightfully theirs.
