Exceptional Care and Expertise Dr. Minniti performed a reconstructive surgery on my right breast in July 2024, and I cannot express enough gratitude for his skill and compassion. I had a history of breast surgeries with other plastic surgeons, some of which led to scary complications. Not only did I need my right breast repaired due to bottoming out, requiring an internal bra and capsulorrhaphy, but I also carried a lot of fear from previous, traumatizing experiences. Dr. Minniti not only addressed my physical concerns with precision and expertise, but he also provided unparalleled compassion and understanding throughout the entire process. He truly listened to my concerns, made me feel heard, and eased my fears every step of the way. The results exceeded my expectations, and I feel whole again, both physically and emotionally. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Minniti to anyone seeking a plastic surgeon who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely cares about their patients. He has truly been a life-changing presence in my journey, and I am forever grateful.

I am very disappointed with my experience with dr. Minniti. I had a consultation appointment with him for a breast augmentation. I was told during the appointment that a lift was not needed and that I would achieve the look I wanted with just implants. I explained to him that I did not want big breasts, just upper pole fullness, since I already have a full B/small C cup and I'm only 5'3 and 102 lbs. I tried on sizers starting with 300 cc which felt way too big and ended up picking 200 cc. I asked if I would achieve upper pole fullness with these small implants and he said yes. I felt comfortable with him and put down a deposit to schedule a surgery date. 22 days before my surgery date I had my pre-op appointment. Now I was told I needed a lift in addition to achieve the look I wanted and that the implants I picked out wouldn't do much. I told him that I didn't want a lift because it is a more invasive surgery involving much bigger scars. Now I'm being told I need 375 cc implants if I don't want a lift. That's almost double of what we initially agreed on! And in addition I would need an internal bra to keep these much bigger implants in place. After thinking about this new surgery plan I felt extremely anxious and it didn't feel right, so I called the office (within 48 hrs of my pre-op appointment) and explained how I felt and asked what my options were if I wanted to cancel the surgery, which at this point was paid in full. I was told that only 50% was refundable if I cancelled at this point (3 weeks before surgery). Dr. Minniti was not in the office this day and Ariana (the patient coordinator) told me she would speak to him about my concerns and get back to me. A few days later I get a call back from Ariana who tells me that the doctor now wants to change the profile of the implant, not the size. But at this point I had already made up my mind that I was not going to proceed with this surgery that involved much bigger implants than I originally picked. I told her I wanted to cancel the surgery and she wanted me to speak with Dr. Minniti myself. I told him that I didn't feel comfortable with the bigger implants and that it didn't feel right and that I'm not going to be forced into an elective surgery that is not necessary. He kept trying to convince me saying that he was sure I would be happy. In my opinion an ethical surgeon would never do a surgery on someone who was apprehensive. I told him again that I didn't want these bigger implants and I was worried I wouldn't be happy with the outcome and therefore I wanted to cancel. I asked about a refund. He told me that no one had ever canceled a surgery unless they were sick and that he doesn't talk about money. He clearly felt offended because his tone changed dramatically when he realized I couldn't be persuaded into surgery. I was transferred back to Ariana and told her a wanted a refund. She told me that "Dr. Minniti is not in the business to take people's money", but yet they could only offer me a 50% refund. And I was not allowed to use the money I already paid toward any other procedure offered in the office either. How is that not taking people's money? I understand that they could not offer a full refund, but I think they could've been a little more willing to come to some kind of compromise considering I told them my concerns within 48 hrs of my pre-op, not the day before surgery! And considering they said this has never happened to them before. I believe that a reputable surgeon would prefer to have a patient who wants surgery, than one who feels pressured to move forward because of a potential financial loss. Needless to say I will not recommend Dr. Minniti to anyone based on my experience.

Dr. Minniti has been my Dr for years and I continue to be amazed by his precision and attention to detail with every procedure. He is known for his natural esthetic that has patients looking refreshed versus having had work done. He analyzes and evaluates every area to ensure a symmetrical and flawless approach. The amount of friends and acquaintances I’ve referred him are countless. Dr. Minniti’s pristine craftsmanship speaks for itself and people constantly approach me asking my skin care or beauty routine and the truth is - it’s Dr. Minniti. He’s the ultimate guru for plastic surgery and procedures like Botox and Fillers.

I went Dr. Minniti for a primary breast augmentation, not only did he do an absolutely beautiful job, but he was also incredibly kind, informative, patient, and reassuring. He exceeded every expectation I had. His staff was impeccable. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this entire office. I am so grateful to have had such a positive and fearless experience going into something as intimidating as cosmetic surgery. I would absolutely return in the future for other possible cosmetic procedures.
