I recently had an eyelid and eyebrow procedure with Dr. Massry, and I’m beyond happy with the results. Dr. Massry is hands down the best oculoplastic surgeon out there. I’ve searched high and low, going to numerous consultations, because I knew my eyes presented a complex challenge. I had previously undergone an upper blepharoplasty and a brow lift, only to have the brow lift fail within two months. Later, I learned that with most upper blepharoplasties, a brow lift is needed 95% of the time, but I did them separately. Doing them separately can present challenges if a lot skin is removed before brow is reset. I also had asymmetry: one eye was rounder and more pulled down, while the other was more almond-shaped. It was subtle but it would show up in photos and always bother me. Needless to say, I wasn’t just going to trust anyone with something so intricate. When you’ve had prior surgeries, it makes you the “problem child”—it’s more challenging to fix complications. But from the very beginning, Dr. Massry treated me with genuine care and compassion, never making me feel like my case was too difficult….even though he knew it was lol. He took the time to see me three times before surgery, carefully analyzing every detail of my eyes. Despite being incredibly busy, he made me feel like I was his only patient, and came up with the perfect plan of action. Dr. Massry’s talent and expertise speak for themselves, but what sets him apart is his care for all his patients. He truly listens, and it’s clear he wants the absolute best outcome for everyone who walks into his office. Thanks to Dr. Massry, I’ve never felt more beautiful in my life. He performed a canthoplasty on one eye to create symmetry, a revision brow lift, or “brow recontour” as he calls it, and fat grafting to my upper eyelids. The results are beyond anything I could have imagined. To top it off, I looked almost completely healed within a week because of his incredible skill and the use of hyperbaric therapy. If you’re reading this and considering Dr. Massry, look no further. I’ve done all the research because I’m a crazy perfectionist. You simply won’t find anyone better.
