Believe all the negative reviews that you see. The office left my mom suffering in pain after the sinus surgery that she didn’t need and now has hearing loss because of it. After months of trying to get her ear healed she only saw the doctor once. She initially didn’t even go in for ear issues. They scare you into thinking that your scans are the worst they’ve ever seen. the PA even told me “if we could do the surgery for you today we would”. I went to get two more opinions and both ENTs said that that the balloon procedure was unnecessary for me. This place is a puppy mill for procedures and the doctor never even talks to the patients.

I had such a great experience all around here. I found Dr H on ZocDoc last minute when I was trying to find an ENT asap for a horrible tinnitus issue and was able to make an appointment the next day. The front desk staff is so friendly and attentive. Dr H is fantastic- he has a demeanor that puts you at ease and dives right into the issue. He’s also patient and informative if you have a lot of questions.

We were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service we received from start to finish. From our initial call with reception to schedule an appointment, to our arrival, check-in process, and throughout our entire visit, everyone was incredibly helpful. Roxanne and Andrew stood out for their knowledge and remarkable assistance. Roxanne's attentive listening skills, comprehensive explanations of procedures and options, and willingness to address all our questions left us thoroughly satisfied. Andrew was equally fantastic, making the process enjoyable and efficiently scheduling our next visit. Without a doubt, this was one of the most outstanding experiences we've ever had. We highly recommend their services!

While this office was all shiny and new the issue I wanted addressed was never addressed. I NEVER EVEN SAW THE DOCTOR at all!! When I asked about seeing him the tech looked at me like I was crazy to ask? I’m still having pain in my ear and will seek another doctor. They tried to strong arm me into a procedure about something completely unrelated, asking me to sign consent forms multiple times! WTH??? I said CLEARLY I would consider a procedure but was asked yet again to sign forms….?! Ugh. This place feels like a scam wanting to sell procedures. So sad.

My experience was top notch! Super easy to book, easy parking, and one stop shop including a CT Scan on site! I deeply appreciated the staff being able to text and email with me as I am usually in meetings all day and playing phone tag with providers that haven't stepped into the modern age is vexing. Scheduling, paperwork, everything really was smooth and easy. I felt the super friendly staff actually respected my time and i'm excited to have an ENT partner I can rely on in Burbank.
