I had a beyond horrible experience from a simple hydafacial. I broke out in painful and horrifying all over my face. They “attempted” to help me by offering anotherrr facial. I contacted my bank and can’t get my money back which cost ALOT. Not recommending to anyone.

I love Skin Matrix and totally trust them! Meri has been taking care of my skin for years and it consistently looks and feels fantastic! I have also seen Dr. Blanka over the years for Botox, Dysport, and a Co2 Laser. She is a wonderful doctor- super knowledgeable, speaks frankly and very gentle. These are quality, professional people - they will never sell you fluff or products that you don't need. The facility is gorgeous. BTW it's also easy to get to, conveniently located off the 134 in Burbank with their own parking lot, so parking is never an issue.
