Anita is a wonderful worker. She is meticulous, addresses one's concerns, and makes sure she delivers a good job and that the client is satisfied. She has been doing my facials for years.

Have been going here for over 5 years. When i had come for the first time, my face was a mess then my skin became so good people would think I had on makeup and everyone(especially fellow nurses I worked with) was dying to know where I transformed my skin. I also recommended so many people who have their skincare needs taken care of. Don is amazing. He does such a great job and is so wise and kind. Recently got a trifecta facial, I have also gotten a fruit acid peel(BEST PRICE YOU CAN FIND).

My first time having a facial and I was really impressed. The receptionist Maryann is very helpful and you could tell the sincerity of her opinions and helpful hints. Anita was the one who did my facial . She really took her time and she's very gentle . I have a very sensitive skin and she explained to me in detail what she's about to do and what she's gonna do. She really knows her "thing".The place alone speaks for itself , the ambiance of the surrounding is very relaxing . If there's such thing as 10 stars , i will definitely give it to them. Even the owner himself is very pleasant and hands on to his customers.

The staff at herbal touch are so friendly and made me feel so good about my skin! Anita did my facial and she was so thorough and even though it hurt a bit it was all worth it when she showed me all the blackheads and gunk she removed from my pores. This was my first facial and will definitely not be the last :)

I bought the Obagi C system from this site/clinic not aware of their NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY. I paid $236.00 for this system and was excited to try it. I received my system and unfortunately upon trying the system, I found out I'm allergic and broke out in hives all over my face. I called the clinic and explained that I was having an allergic reaction and wanted to return the product. The young lady on the phone stated they DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON OPEN PRODUCTS BECAUSE IT IS COSMETIC. This is the first and only clinic/store/online store that I've bought cosmetic products where I am unable to return the product due to allergic reaction or dissatisfaction of the product. Many stores take returns due to the fickle nature of skin and one's reaction to the product. I was told over the phone that many people that order the product are cleared by Dermatology which I have been but neither the dermatologist nor I can know how my skin will react until you have tried the product. ONLY ORDER IF YOU HAVE USED THIS PRODUCT BEFORE! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE/CLINIC FOR FIRST TIME USERS. I WOULD TRY SKINCEUTICALS OR A PLACE WITH A POLICY THAT ACCOMMODATES ANY ISSUES THAT MAY ARISE. I WAS OFFERED A CREAM FOR IRRITATION BUT WAS STUCK PAYING $236 FOR A SYSTEM I'LL NEVER USE. THAT IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON A VERY EXPENSIVE CLEANSER SYSTEM.
