My experience at I M SPA was nothing short of a nightmare. They failed to take proper precautions of anesthesia gel. As a result, I suffered a severe reaction that not only endangered my health but caused lasting damage. This was not a minor oversight—it was blatant medical negligence. What’s most alarming is their carelessness with patient safety. A medical spa should be a place of trust, yet their disregard for critical medical information put me in serious danger. I am now facing the painful consequences of their incompetence, both physically and emotionally. I strongly urge anyone considering this place to think twice before putting their health at risk. No one should have to go through what I did.

This office is very clean and sanitary. Staff is so sweet and not pushy with add ons and they have great knowledge on skincare they give you the procedure steps and what you’ll be experiencing and feeling every step of the way. They recommend different methods of skin fixes depending on your budget and needs. They offer refreshments and make sure you are comfortable before and after. They don't discriminate always smiling and never judgmental. I’ve been here 2xs and both times have been a pleasant experience. I will be returning and I highly recommend to my family and friends.

This clinic is clean and all the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service and the pricing is very reasonable. Jackie and Jasmine are great to work with and they really do care about the customer. Again, excellent customer service! I highly recommend this place for all your facial needs!

I bought 60 units of Dysport on Groupon . When I got there the young sales girl insisted I must get more even though I told her just do what’ I paid for even if it’s just for 1 small angry line. But oh no she won’t have it. So I was pressured to buy more. The extra $ could have bought myself Botox. I won’t be coming back here again bc of her. Not worth my troubles
