I called to make an appointment (prospect new patient) I explained my skin symptoms to the receptionist and she only limited to say, "we don't treat that here." And the tone she said it, made me feel like a leper. I mean, I didn't know receptionists have a dermatology degree now in days. Well, I guess I have to thank her, if the receptionists are like this, I can't imagine how the doctors must be.

Dr Kidwell and his staff have really been amazing! The wait time is short, the staff are kind and treat my mom like family. Dr. Kidwell explains thoroughly the situation and presents clear options. He is professional and good at what he does. We have had overwhelmingly good experiences with Dr. Kidwell.

Dr. Kidwell is a great doctor. He has been carefully monitoring my skin condition for many years. Every time I see him he gives me a very complete exam. I recommend his services without reservation.
