I would not recommend this place for tattoo removal. I had one session here and the skin didn’t frost and noticed no difference in fading over 3 months. I have since been to a provider that specializes in tattoo removal and had 1 session there, where the skin frosted and have noticed significant fading after 1 month.

As a business owner myself, I know how important customer service is, Dr. Brumely, who is the lead nurse there, is clearly not happy to be working with the public. She was condescending and rude to both my sister and I. I had been there twice before, she was luckily not there on my first visit but on my second visit, she made me feel uncomfortable and uptight, and my final and last visit yesterday was inexcusable! The way she spoke to my sister, when she had forgotten her gift certificate was degrading and rude! The actual estheticians there are very nice, but having to meet with her at the front is not worth it! There are other locations for this company, I would suggest trying one of those if at all possible.

I had my skin tags removed. As a guy it's hard to find someone that will remove skin tags with out costing a small fortune, but I am happy with Better U Skin, they did great!
