I absolutely have loved Dr Mariotti and his team. Brittany has been my nurse in my pre and post op appointments and they are both amazing. I did a lot of research and was recommended by several people and I’m beyond happy I went with him. I am pleased with my results and the care I have received.

Dr Mariotti is not only a great physician but a great human being. He is compassionate and definitely the best in the business. He has helped through breast reconstruction after cancer and has been there for me through some difficult times. Always positive. He explains everything I detail. You always know that the decision you make is the best possible solution for you. I trust him completely.

This was my first visit Dr. Mariotti’s office. It was an attractive space and the front office staff were professional, friendly and helpful. I had an appointment with Brittany, who is very professional and a lovely person. She did great work and explained what would work well for me. I definitely will go back to her.

Dr. Mariotti and his team have been absolutely phenomenal from the first time I called to schedule a consultation to all of my follow up appointments after surgery. Finding out you have BRCA2 gene, having lost my Mother because of it, having already had a lumpectomy with a different surgeon, to feeling like I was looking over my shoulder and scared for what was going to be next, I was so relieved to have been connected with Dr. Mariotti & Brittany. I had had a consultation with another plastic surgeon that made me feel very uneasy and left with a lot of questions. But, from the moment I walked in their office, I was greeted with warm welcomes and Brittany and Dr. M spent as much time as I needed in my consultation Answering all of my questions, reviewing my medical history and going over the best options for me. I ended up having a double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery in October 2024 and to say that I am pleased with the results is an understatement. Everything went so smooth and the whole process although terrifying, wasn’t so scary after all, because they walked me through every single thing that was going to happen. I was so scared that I was not going to look “right” after having a mastectomy but I knew I needed to do it to be proactive with my health and be able to close this chapter & move on knowing I would be healthy and never have to worry again. I am so happy with my results. You can’t even tell it was a mastectomy, it just looks like an augmentation that was beautifully done with minimal scarring that was so perfectly placed, that it’s hard to even notice. If you are in a similar position as me, I would absolutely suggest you come to Dr. Mariotti and his team for your mastectomy and reconstructive surgery. Having him handle both surgeries was the best decision I’ve ever made and I’m thankful for not only his amazing surgical skills, but also the love and compassion that his entire team has shown throughout the process. I am physically healthy now but I’m also mentally in a much better place than I was before I met them and had this surgery.

Dr. Mariotti & his staff are the absolute best. Always happy with my results and they always make me feel so welcome and comfortable! I get super anxious and they always make sure to reassure me prior to procedure. The pre op team is the absolute best, I can honestly say I haven’t been somewhere where the IV hasn’t hurt besides this place!
