I have to say that I am really impressed with LA Concord, not only the services and positive attitude from all but Jamileh in particular. She is so thorough, always sweet, takes her time with me, answers my millions of questions with a smile and is extremely knowledgable on all the services. Every time I walk in I'm always happy to see her - it's like I made a new friend! There are so many options now to get laser hair removal and other services done, but I stay loyal to LA because of Jamileh. Thanks, J!!!

Kimberly was the receptionist for me and she was super helpful in guiding me to the deals that i wanted. Creates a great environment when you walk in. Stephanie did the treatment for me. This was my first time and she was so comforting and went slowly for me to feel comfortable with the laser and the experience. Very educational and i felt very comfortable with her.

Had my last laser appointment for my lip and chin and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Had thick, dark hair and now I’m mustache free! My clinician Stephanie was great, and I have a lovely experience with everyone who works here. Would highly recommend, don’t sleep on it!!!
