I love it! Carol is a gem, and so gentle. I am such a wimp, and yet she makes me very relaxed and it never hurts. I love the results- very natural and simple.

I’ve been going to see Michelle for about 7 years now for Botox after having experienced a botched job at another place down not too far from Michelle’s (that was my first time getting botox. Yikes!). My first visit with Michelle, I knew I was going to come back. I have been in love with how well they service their treatments! She is my go-to person. I even worked at an OC med spa and still came to see Michelle for treatments so that speaks volume. I’ve turned all of my friends to Aspire because they’re honest and never try to upsell unnecessary treatments like some places do. She may even try to talk you down from a treatment if she truly feels it’s best in her professional opinion - all to say you’ll never have to worry about dishonesty here. I appreciate Michelle and Carol beyond words and I can only hope everyone will get to experience the same way I experience it at each visit with them.

If you are looking for Botox or fillers in the Costa Mesa area, you must schedule with Nurse Christine. She is the most experienced injector and her results are second to none. You’ll be glad that you did!

My aesthetician Carol is a knowledgeable, relatable nurse who listens to her patients and proceeds with care. I trust her completely. I love my Botox results. I was nervous but it was a piece of cake! Before and after pics were super helpful. Highly recommend her. Her partner nurse/aesthetician is highly recommended by my friend as well. Quick service too.
