Other than waiting 45 minutes to get called back to a room, I was satisfied with my visit. I did fill out forms online ahead of time, but then had to fill out more & verify all I had done previously when I arrived. The PA came in within a few minutes, and talked about my condition and gave me options. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Assistant came back quickly and gave me lab orders, etc. Overall a good experience.

great customer service and i was in and out fast! plus I love Dr R! he’s always so nice and good at answering questions and explaining what he is doing. great “bedside manner”.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I have spent the last 4.5 weeks calling to ask about my test results and treatment options and i am transferred to the back office where i leave a message on their answering machine. The answering message states that someone will call you back within 24 hours but no one ever returns my calls. After repeated attempts, I then called the front office and explained my situation, and the girls there were very rude and acted as if I was inconveniencing them.

Without getting into details, I’d like to say that my two visits too. Pacific Dermatology Institute were excellent. I received outstanding service, and without any difficulties. The professionals they are provided excellent service and answered all my questions.

I don’t usually do reviews for anything. However, Dr. Bradley Mudge has definitely earned my respect, trust and praise. I had a modified radical bilateral mastectomy in October 2023 and was initially told I could start reconstruction in a couple of weeks. Due to complications and the fact that I live in an area without stellar medical care, that didn’t happen. I met with four other plastic surgeons, traveling at least 200 miles, each way, for each of them. I was not impressed by any of them. When I met Dr Mudge, it was a very quick appointment and he answered all of my questions. What impressed me most was that he was completely honest about expectations for the finished result, as well as the pain levels I could expect. Although I’m not done with the process, or even close, I’m confident that Dr Mudge and his staff will be there to help guide, advise and encourage me.
