Dr. Sharona Yashar

I was very disappointed by my first visit and won't return. The doctor was cold and was extremely rushed, maybe spending 5-7 minutes with me tops. I came in for a skin check, and she went very quickly and I had to bring her attention to a couple marks that she originally skipped. Maybe she was having a bad day, but it was like she couldn't be bothered to talk to me and I felt guilty asking questions so I held back. I have since seen doctors via insurance that actually take the time to listen and care. I really think the five star yelp reviews must be incentivized.

Dr Yashar was thoughtful and thorough w me, she took time to go over my concerns and give me suggestions and her advice. The office was easy to find, quick & kind staff! Would recommend!

Have been a patient before including my whole family and the doctor is great, 1 star is for the appointment making process. Called to make an appointment, was told that I will be considered new patient since my last visit was in 2019, needed to fill out all new patient paperwork again. That’s new, I have never been “demoted” to new patient before. Then was asked for insurance info, so got very confused, I needed to fill out all the new patient forms with insurance info and provide same information over the phone, why? Then it got better, also needed to give my cc info. It felt more like booking a visit with royalty at Buckingham Place vs regular doctor’s appointment. Advice: don’t make appointment’s complicated especially for existing patients, show appreciation for returning patients.

Dr. Yashar is one of those doctors that makes you wish all doctors were like her. Very knowledgeable , can think outside of the box, punctual, kind and doesn’t make you feel rushed. I absolutely love her as a person too. Highly recommend her as your dermatologist.

Absolutely amazing and staff! I have been going to Dr. Yashar for many years now. She takes care of all my medical and cosmetic dermatology needs. Her bedside manners are excellent; she is very caring and attentive. Dr. Yashar is also very knowledgeable and experienced. She has been able to treat all my needs with ease. Dr. Yashar’s approach to me is very welcoming. I feel so comfortable and relaxed under her care. Her office is also very clean and minimal wait time. She is what a great medical doctor should be. I am so thankful and glad I have meet her and being cared by her.
