Another update: Just had dinner with my sister who noticed immediately how much my pigmentation problem on my face has improved! thank you so much Kimmie! Update: Had another great Hydrafacial with Kimmie for my upcoming wedding. Had a cryo-treatment done, which I haven't tried before... which was refreshing! Her Rescue Mask product especially gave great results with my skin feeling a lot softer and smoother. Had a great experience with Hydrafacial here. Its been a while since I've had a facial and the aesthetician, Kimmie, got the newer model of the Hydrafacial machine and it made a big difference. My face looked cleaner and had more even skin tones. The location shows up on Google maps, but note that it is on the 2nd floor directly under the large "B" sign of that building. The sign on the door will say 'Excelsia' so you know you're at the right place. It's really pretty on the inside and the lounge has complimentary coffee and tea. It's really a step up compared to it's previous location. Kimmie did a lot of extra things like manual extractions for me too. I appreciate the thoroughness she puts in to her work.

I just had my first hydra facial with Kimmie and it was really good! I would just echo the other reviews and say that Kimmie takes time to listen to your skin care routine, answers all your questions with knowledge that she’s learned through her years working on people’s skin, she explains the process as she’s working, and she is gentle with your skin. One of the reasons I went with her was also because she focuses on offering a few services, which includes the hydra facial, so she has a lot of knowledge on how they work and the results people have seen. My skin definitely feels a lot cleaner after the session so I’m looking forward to the next one!

I’ve been seeing Kimmie for hydrafacials since September 2023 and she has been wonderful to work with! She is so knowledgeable and always recommends the best products to use for my skin concerns. I love how the appointment always starts with a thorough consultation so we can discuss what my current concerns are and what to target during the facial. After seeing her for a few months I have noticed significant improvements in my acne prone skin in terms of texture, blemishes, oil control and brightness. My skin always leaves looking so bright and smooth after each treatment. I love how passionate, kind and patient Kimmie is and cannot recommend her enough!

Oh, my goodness. How do you describe fabulous? Kim is warm, kind and passionate about what she does. She is thorough in her assessment of the skin and what her facials can do for you. I loved how she explained the process and dispelled my previous beliefs that deep-cleaning the face has to hurt in order to work. I had the clarifying facial and my skin felt like a baby butt! My skin scars easily, has a greasy T-zone and has slowed down cell turnover with age. I am so glad to have her to help me keep my skin in line. DO NOT HESITATE - GO TO HER NOW!!

I scheduled my first facial ever with Kimmie, and it was amazing! She explained every step and showed be the products she would be using. We spent some time talking through my skin type and concerns, and she made sure to target trouble spots and avoid sensitive areas. 10/10 would recommend you schedule with her! The salon was very easy to find, and was very clean and nicely decorated.
