I first saw Joy for a facial and had amazing results. She is both professional and easy to talk to which made the treatment very comfortable and enjoyable for my spa experience. I wasn’t sure what to have done but wanted to kick start my dating life and freshen up. She recommended a custom facial and a product to set me up on a good skin care routine to address my concerns. I learned she also waxes so saw her again for a back wax which actually wasn’t painful at all, thankfully. Not sure I’ll attempt a chest wax just yet but she waxed my nostrils and ears also. I feel and look great and would recommend her highly.

I had an amazing facial with Joy. I wasn’t sure what I needed other than my face felt as though it needed more “vibrancy” to it, for lack of a better term. She evaluated my skin under a magnifying lamp and suggested an Oxygen Facial for my needs. It is now the next day and my skin feels plump, soft, hydrated and glowing. I cannot stop touching it and this is my go-to facial and skin expert! She recommended the HA5 for me as well which I feel will maintain results or at least improve hydration until my next appointment in 4 weeks. I highly recommend Skin Renewal Center and Joy. She spoke when I wanted to chat and let me relax when I received my massage. It was a good balance to set my comfort level for relaxation. Bonus tip: the spa is located just past Peete’a coffee in a breezeway, it took me ailment to locate.

I had a massage purchased through Groupon. The waiting room is very appealing with a small fountain. There must be a Dr. connected to this place as they do Botox. etc. The massage was decent. But, I felt like I was getting a hard-sell for a membership type deal. I hate that sort of selling approach. I will follow up with what I can only describe as a questionable/to the point of sleazy experience with the owner of Skin Renewal Center. So, Addendum. 3 years in a row I received a notice that it was Time for the Annual Free Facial But, you must call and reserve you spot with a $50.00 deposit. Pretty sure I still have the flier sitting around. So, I asked if they refund the deposit to hold the "Free Facial" No, most people use it towards the cost of the Facial>. WHAT?????? BUYER BEWARE!

Anna is amazing and so friendly. She lead you to better skin care and help you long term. Nathan is also a joyful person ready to set you up with your needs.

I received my first service from the spa's newest aesthetician, Linda, last week, and it was great! Linda was fantastic at addressing my skin care needs. After a consultation with her, we agreed to start a series of back facials to fix pigmentation and scars I have on my back -- I'm trying to get bikini ready for the summer! The results from the first treatment are very promising, and I can't wait for my next one :)
