I had an appointment here and they took about 20 min to see me. No greeting and staff is rude. They greet others but don’t be a person of color here. They only cater to fair skin. Doctor was rude and made my treatment very painful. I would not recommend this place. They also told me they would send my prescription to my local pickup and they never did. They take forever to answer the phone and after several days it was finally sent over. They need to fix the staff first and actually care about EVERY CLIENT regardless of age and color.

Never called me back about my lab results, even I went there no doctor to see me. Never sent me bill, but my insurance showed I owe $600. I went to the office, they said they can’t process my bill. I called the. At 2:50 pm in their office time. They only have machines answering. There is no way I can pay by bill , get my results( they made the appointment for me, but when I went no doctor for me) , and nobody answer my call. Worst in the United States.

I have been to this office multiple times, and I always have a pleasant experience. The doctor and staff are very attentive and my results speak for themselves. I did 2 Potenza treatments and looking forward to do my third one soon!

Front desk staff, and the Dr go above and beyond. I love Dr. Abaza and how dedicated he is to the dermatology field. Love the warm welcoming environment the staff always have and love the results my skin is showing.
