The WORST medical experience that I have ever had as a patient. They had my gender incorrect, my name incorrect, my birth date incorrect even though I have been a patient for 2+ years against my own will. After getting blood tests don’t expect them to even reach back out to you to go over any prescriptions or diagnoses. I found out through an app that apparently I had a prescription because my “primary doctor” never went over my blood test results. I called to ask for my referral from over 4 months ago to see an optometrist but every time I call their line it’s an inexperienced employee who puts you on hold and hangs up before even asking your name. I still have yet to even meet my primary doctor. They send a bunch of teenage “CNA”’s and it feels like I’m a test dummy whenever I’m getting checked up. I still have yet to reach my doctor. Save yourself the stress go to ANYONE else.

Dr. Jalisi and her staff are all wonderful! The attention you receive at this medical location is personal, warm, and efficient. You truly feel like you are being heard and the follow up with all your requests and concerns are taken with importance. They are all knowledgeable and humble. I feel blessed to have been assigned to this location by my insurance carrier. It’s a drive for me to come here, but very worth it! Thank you for your care doctors and staff!

Best doctors appointment I’ve ever experienced in my life! Sandra greeted me with the best customer service so helpful and nice. I love how there’s a holistic approach and other options. I felt comfortable safe and Dr. Jalisa is beyond a sweetheart. Good doctors are hard to come by and I found mine!

Being nice doesn't matter when it comes to health (Reading previous reviews). They failed to follow up on the blood work i had done (which i had to call and ask them 2 weeks later) - I found out that AFTER i had spoke to them about doing a full panel on my thyroid (directed by the lab), they did NOT call the lab and give them authorization. So they told me i could go again and redraw the blood! Uh what are you kidding me?!??? You don't do what was asked so now i have to get blood drawn AGAIN specifically because you didn't do your job?!?!!! Definitely won't be going back and do not recommend trusting this place!

Took my daughter here and the physicians assistant is awesome. She really listened to the issues and didn't dismiss us and try and rush us out of there. I will say though, the wait time to get back to a room was excessive. I would say we were easily waiting an hour in the waiting room with my daughter not feeling well at all. We were probably there in total close to an hour and 45 min or more. The physicians assistant spent about 20 min with us and actually discussed labs and possible causes for her illness. I appreciated the time she took with us. Plus she is friendly and pleasant.
