I had purchased a botox package and the provider did not inject properly which resulted in me having to drive back (40 min one way) two times to attempt to have it fixed. The injector, never corrected it and continued to charge me despite her error. The office will not refund me, which is why I won't come back.

I have been a customer for a number of years and sadly the providers I have trusted with my treatments have all left. The new staff are friendly but there is definitely a lot more upselling. Also, I receive an excessive amount of communications for a single appointment and it is super annoying. I receive no less than five communications per appointment - a confirmation text, confirmation email, reminder phone call, reminder text and reminder email. Then after the appointment, I receive a text and email for their customer service survey. I have never missed an appointment, in fact, when making an appointment you have to agree to a “no show” fee. Additionally, more than half the time my appointment gets rescheduled by the provider because as a paying customer, I need to accommodate the provider. I have a few pre-paid treatments left to use and then I will not be returning, especially with so many other providers in the South Bay.

I had the most amazing hydro facial. It was amazing and relaxing! My skin looked amazing! The customer service was out of this world!!

It was my first time here since it switched from the Rejuvenation Center. While I really miss the old place I really like this one and had a great experience. I came in for a hydrafacial and Ariane was superb. She's very nice and great at what she does. I'm also glad to hear CeCe and Nicole stayed on. They were always awesome people!

I have been coming here for many years now and have had every single treatment done on the menu. LISTEN, I TELL YOU THE TRUTH.. THIS PLACE IS AWSOME!!! i LOVE 💕 the staff, they are all so professional without being rude, so kind, sweet even when I’ve wronged and faulted them all, they are all still VERY forgiving and accommodating. That is half of the reason why I have made Orange Twist my beauty home spa. Every single person there; Cece the Very Best and Coolest EVER !! who I’ve known the longest and treats me like family. Brittany, the sweetest, who always goes out of her way to make you feel Awesome and don’t forget about the BEST ESTHETICIANS EVER, they take their precious time to make sure every treatment is especially performed to your specific needs or wants. I even started bringing my 12y/o daughter, she has bad oily skin and a lot of blackheads. Well they create a special hydra facial to fit her needs. I feel very Lucky to have found this place many years ago, because even though I live about 25min away,it’s worth it and I refuse to go anyplace else. I’m VERY SERIOUS I LOVE 💕 LOVE 💕 LOVE ORANGETWIST; IT IS THE Very Best place for ALL OF MY Beauty NEEDS AND FIXES.
