Nice location, smallish waiting room = shorter wait time!😂 Office staff busy & efficient. Physician Assistant’s are incredible kind! Dr. Alison Smith is phenomenal! She listens closely to patients concerns, is careful to not cause any extra pain or over do the liquid nitrogen, inspected my moles w/magnifying glass - and not from 3 ft away like my last Dermo Doctor! She is the best!!

The Staff, Dermatologist and Assistant were all good listeners with focus and caring hearts. I felt informed and confident to be treated here. Left knowing the plan, time frame and what to expect.

Happy client for over 10 years. Trustworthy and honest. Highly recommend. Gary Vanetsky has helped me with a lot of skin related issues. Also good for annual mole exams. As a surfer, I am proactive to avoid melanomas and have found some precancerous moles. Overall great service, highly recommend.

New to the practice however very pleased with my first several visits. Very good body check exam (best I’ve had in a while) Dr. Vanetsky. On time, friendly, informative. Highly reccomend this office in Encinitas.

Got here at 7:50 for an 8 o'clock appointment. I waited almost an hour to be seen while other patients who arrived later then me kept getting called in. No one should have to wait that long. You should be seen at your time of appointment. Very unhappy with this visit.
