My appointment was good but the doctor did not put in my prescriptions and I’ve had to call three times. They’ve said she didn’t recommend anything. She also mentioned things that told me she was thinking of the wrong patient. Not good customer service.

Which brings me to Meghan, their facialist. I have had a lot of facials over many decades. I am 70+. Anyone can slather something on you and claim it's best thing since sliced bread. Meghan is a standout because she combines state of the art products and technology with real know-how. As a former in demand Hollywood make-up artist, she understands how to look your best. But she went on to train as a professional facialist who is now consulted by major skin care brands who want her evaluations as to what works. Of course the fact that Meghan is warm, funny and truly cares about getting your skin in the best shape it can be is even better. You won't get a shoulder massage. What you will get is amazing skin. So if you haven't figured out - yes, I have gone to Honest Dermatology for years. I had a friend whose son had unmanageable acne and was being overprescribed. They gave him back healthy, acne free skin. I've had other friends who wanted to learn more about botox, fillers or lasers and have all come away so happy with their results. I'm writing this because I've never posted a review on Honest Dermatology and it occurred to me that it might assist someone who is trying to sort out where to go. I just got back from a work trip, and my skin was tired and dehydrated. She gave me a customized treatment that has my skin glowing beautifully!
