My husband purchased a massage for me here as a Valentine's day present. Nice gift essentially right? I think so and was super excited as a mom of five kiddos. Unfortunately, I will not be going. I called to schedule an appointment and was told massages are only available Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and last appointment is at 2:45pm?? That was not in their fine print and not stated on their website. Actually it shows there's a lot of availability. Also completely false as I know others who have gone on different days and times. But fine, I schedule an appointment and because I have a job, I actually needed to take time off and request an early day to accommodate these odd hours. So I take time off and wait for the appointment only to receive a call that they need to reschedule my appointment. When asked for the next appointment at the same time (which again would require me to miss work) they did not have an opening for six weeks ?? what!? so you lie, scam, and reschedule customers/patients but then give no apology or accommodations for wasting someone's time and affecting their job. I just think it is so unprofessional and rude. She then insinuated that because this was a special offer they don't accommodate those people. Again, what?! Just save your money and time and go somewhere better with more flexibility and care for their customers. Clearly a money hungry place with not respect for people's time, money, and or inconvenience.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Z! The visit was quick, efficient, and incredibly professional. Dr. Z has excellent office etiquette, making me feel comfortable and welcomed right away. What stood out most was the honesty—there was no attempt to upsell or overcharge, which is so refreshing. Dr. Z was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly. I appreciated the precision and care during the Dysport injections, which were painless and expertly done. The office was clean, organized, and had a calming atmosphere. Overall, Dr. Z is impressionable, skilled, and someone I can trust for future treatments. I’m already looking forward to my next visit and would highly recommend Dr. Z to anyone!

Dr. Z really listens to what I want and need. He and his staff are very friendly and I rarely have had a wait time. Best pricing I can find too! Highly recommend this MedSpa.

Dr. Zakariael was so great! The office is very clean, he is extremely knowledgeable and helped me feel comfortable with my procedure. He recommended 4 vials of sculptra but because it was my first time I opted for two and he did not push me to hit his recommendation. All together about 6ml of fluid was put in at my temples, jawline, over the cheekbone. I look quite normal even walking out of the office after the procedure. I’m excited for my check up in 10 wks to see progress and to add in more if and where necessary. Thank you Dr. Z!!

I’ve been to a number of places for my dysport/botox injections but I’ve been the happiest and most comfortable here with Dr robin. He knows exactly what he’s doing ! Very happy here.
