Dr Chipps and her staff made me completely comfortable throughout my whole experience. In a very stressful time in my life they made me feel at ease and the job Dr Chipps did was nothing short of first class. I feel very fortunate that I was able to have this procedure done by Dr Chipps.

Shelby made my very first skin check so easy and honestly enjoyable. She has the perfect client approach, explanation of steps, and was transparent about insurance coverage and costs-which I always appreciate. I look forward to visiting her again soon!

My experience with Jeffrey So was great. He does amazing work. He was very informative and very patient. These 5 stars are honestly added for him and his medical assistants. Unfortunately, the only low point has been the administrative side and billing departments. Not the same amount of care towards a patient as you see with the dermatologists.

Shelby was great! She listened to my concerns and addressed the issue immediately. We discussed options for treatment and I’m very satisfied with the information that she provided. I look forward to seeing her for my dermatology needs in the future. My former dermatologist was way too rushed and Shelby took the time I needed to make the right decision.
