It's been a year or so ago I had wrinkle injections for slight under eye lines and deep forehead lines around mouth ect.. I would say I shouldn't have let all that happen at one sitting it was too much it was my first time I should have gone with my gut feelings of just do one area at a time a few weeks after I noticed my eyesight was blurred and til now is still blurred especially when I'm trying to read small words I didn't have any eyesight problems or discomfort til after those injections I'm hoping it resolves it's self as more time goes by I hope. just be careful and take your time don't feel pressure when making that kind of decision for your face

Was reminded today why I stopped going to this place. Rude front desk manner, would not recommend this place to my worse enemy

My husband and I both see Dr. Ruben -- my husband for skin checks and me for psoraisis. Dr. Ruben is knowledgeable and friendly and a very concerned provider. Recently with Dr Ruben being on medical leave, we have seen NP Hannah Massee. She too is very personable and knowledgeable. The front office staff and the assistants to the doctors are outgoing and respectful.

They terminated my care when I was still being treated after I’ve presented my medical exemption which governor Gavin Newsom said in his mandate it will be honored across the state and in response to that the clinic including my doctor Debra Stock made false allegations about me that I was rude and volatile and disrespectful to the staff which is a complete farce. I’ve always been very courteous and respectful and I do not deserve to be treated the way I have. This goes back to 2020 and I didn’t want to leave a negative review but after speaking with the manager name Christy I couldn’t stay silent for the disgusting treatment. I have never been more disrespected in my life than by Christy who’s a manager. She was extremely rude, disrespectful, volatile and displayed such an egregious attitude towards me and even hung up on my face and cut me off multiple times and didn’t allow me to speak all the while I was being very polite. She is a classless human being should not work anywhere near healthcare and nobody deserves to be treated in such a horrific manner in the way she treated me. Fair warning if you complain and ask questions they will threaten you and make false accusations about you and if you ask to speak to christy be prepared to encounter a person with no class and no respect for others whatsoever.

I go here yearly for a body check since I'm a pale, freckled red-head. I see NP Debra Stock and she's so kind and quick every time. I've never had to wait in the waiting room longer than 10 minutes.
