I am so happy with my results! Front desk staff are so friendly and supportive and Wendy has the gentlest hands. I was so nervous with the needles and my face but Wendy made the environment calm and talked me through it. So different from the other med spa I have gone to. I am so happy I found this place!

The front desk staff are friendly, the doctor is knowledgeable, and the facility is very clean. I’ve been coming here for about a month, and the urgent care staff administer my testosterone shots. Unfortunately, during my last visit, the staff member who gave my injection hit a nerve in my hip. The pain was so intense that I told her to stop, but she continued injecting anyway. It’s been five days now, and I’m still dealing with pins and needles sensations, making it difficult to sit or lay on that side. I hope they retrain their staff to handle situations like this better and prioritize patient comfort.

For starters, I’d like to say that the front office staff has always been kind and welcoming since the beginning. However, the final product of receiving injectables here for my “11’s” from both the physician and nurse practitioner have been sub par. I have received Botox in the past and have had great results with as little as 12 units. I should’ve listened to my instincts when in order to make an appointment, they want you to make sure that you MUST receive a minimum of 20 units if you choose to be injected. This for a woman in her late 20s who just wants to have preventative Botox for small wrinkles was a red flag but I didn’t think twice since I thought maybe getting a couple extra units would last me longer. I was initially injected by the nurse practitioner, Melinda. I waited the allotted time and two weeks later was still having a lot of movement. Unhappy with my results, I called back and set up an appointment to be seen by Dr. Bambi instead, thinking he may be a better injector. He suggested another nine units which I paid for. This totaled to 29 units of Botox to ONE specific area from both visits! Again, I waited the allotted time to see results and still had a lot of movement. For the THIRD time I called stating I was unhappy with the results. Upon Dr. Bambi’s assessment, he also told me that full movement had returned. At this point, he suggested for me to be fully re injected with 30 units! I let him know that I was unhappy twice now and didn’t feel comfortable having to pay for a service a THIRD time that should’ve worked the first. Paying for Botox is expensive and for the price, extra units, and my previous experiences with Botox one would assume that I should have achieved better results, but did not. At this point, I am unsure if the efficacy of their products is of good quality or if either him or the nurse practitioner have the skill to adequately inject. They offered a $50 discount for 30 units of Botox! A service that would otherwise cost almost $400! As a healthcare professional myself, I’d say skip the possibility of getting crappy results here and do your due diligence and find a better location. Dr. Bambi, who is the owner of this business, refused to make his customer happy, if he would’ve he would have gained a trusted and loyal customer.

Dr. Bembi and Lily were both very accommodating and patient. I would say they went above and beyond to make sure our visit went smoothly and provided top-notch service. I would highly recommend West Point Aesthetics!

I went there because of Ms. Anna! Dr. Athul Membi is an artist, in addition to being a doctor. He even gave complementary Botox as he wanted to see the final results perfect. I am the happiest. Thank you Anna for taking me there.
