Annie Singh is one of the best PA who took care of me when i was going through my post partum PUP. She is extremely talented, kind, compassionate and patient. Being a healthcare provider my self, I know how valuable is the time given to the patients and Annie does that every single visits I have had. I am really glad to have found her as my provider.

I've been a patient at Berman for a while now, but this was my first visit to the Fremont location. I was impressed with the friendly staff and the clean office environment. I have had positive experiences at the Berman Skin Institute. It's great to find a doctor and practice that you trust for your skin health needs.

Everyone was very welcoming when I arrived. The nurse showed me to the exam room and explained everything that was going to happen. She asked if I had questions and was very easy to talk to. The Physician’s Assistant came in and let me tell her everything that was going on. Asking questions along the way. She did an exam explaining what she was finding and what she was going to do. Very professional. Very empathetic. She explained the next steps clearly and sent me on my way. I felt very good about my first visit. I came in for a follow up and had to pay another co-pay which I wasn’t prepared for. After trying to figure out something for five minutes, the receptionist finally asked if I wanted to do a partial pay. Why yes, I would have liked to do that five minutes ago. Then I went to the exam room and the attendant was pleasant and asked questions. Then she left for a moment and came back. When she spoke to me, I heard words that made no sense come out of her mouth. I asked her to explain again and she was try to tell me my insurance wouldn’t cover this appointment because I came back within 7 days of my last appointment. So now, I didn’t have my appointment and I was out the last few dollars I had because credit cards never turn around quickly. I went back the next week. The PA seems to be professional, it may just be a management problem.

Dr Chiang has been very kind in answering my (many) questions. When I did my procedure with him, his skills were top notch and I am very happy with the outcome. Thank you!

We arrived about 10 minutes early. Parking was easy. Plenty of spaces. Clinic staff was friendly. Place was clean. We were called in right at the appointment time. Dr. Chiang explained the symptom in details. And his treatments as well as the follow-ups. We would highly recommend this doctor and clinic.
