Dr Sandhu is phenomenal. She is excellent with her craft. She listens to your desire for results and is honest about a game plan to achieve them. She is down to earth, and genuinely very funny. This is a no-fluff, yet very comfortable “med-spa” within a medical clinic. It is not an overpriced boutique style spa. Her practice chair is the best one I’ve ever been in. Great chair! Her prices reflect the no-nonsense vibe and are more than fair. She is well- educated and certificated to practice so many levels of face and body enhanced services. She is thorough and spends way more time listening to you than your normal box type “poke and go” franchise boutiques. There so many boutiques in Los Gatos where I live, but I will always travel to Fremont to only see Dr. Sandhu. Her front office staff is very friendly. Plenty of easy parking. Easy to get to. Once you go, you won’t go anywhere else.

I've seen countless doctors for numerous health reasons and Dr Sandhu is a diamond in the rough terrain of this field. She is one of the few doctors who is truly authentic and genuine, not prioritizing her business bottom line $ above me. She is honest about her own treatments, even showing me her results. She treats me like family, as a person she cares about. She respects my own neurological research, medical history, and naturopathic needs - telling me honestly what products and devices she has that fit my own health parameters and which don't. She's warm, patient, doesn't push, doesn't sell, and even asks more than once if I have anything else I want to consult her about. Other doctors dismiss my needs and and falsely state why I should use the products they want to sell me, ignoring the science. Dr Sandhu also tries to help financially and make the process affordable. Agree that she is beautiful inside and out!

The Doctor is always a delight & very informative about all the choices. There is never any pressure. The entire staff is professional and pleasant. Personally I have a very think face and have brushed at the hands of other doctors but NEVER with this Doctor. I give them 10 stars out of 5.

My experiences at New Image Medical Spa were wonderful. I've had several procedures done and am very happy will all of them. Dr. Sandhu is always very professional and kind and extremely accommodating. I even drive all the way from the Sacramento area for the procedures. Dr. Sandhu is the only one I trust with my face!
