Review as of 1/3/2025: Not sure what happen to this office staff. The front desk service at this office used to be helpful, but for the past month or so, service was poor and the receptionist will intentionally hang up on you and don’t call you back. I was promised a call back from a supervisor or manager, but forget it, they don’t care anymore. Quality has significantly dropped. I was erroneously billed due to the office negligence, I’ve been trying to get this sorted out by calling their office, but they will never call you back. Original review: This dermatology office is easy to work with. The receptionist on the phone is always helpful. The provider responds in a timely matter to address my concerns. Overall a great experience.

I waited on hold for a long time and then was hung up on by some lady when I finally got through on 10/22/24 around 3:30 pm

The Only word that would describe this place is WOW! In the beginning there was some minor speed bumps but As busy as Dr. Wong is he took intuitive and put me back on track. Dr. Wong treated me as if I was family. now I'm unable to imagine myself going somewhere else. Thank you Dr. Wong I appreciate your time and patience with me during this important matter.

It seemed like a good place the clinic where they check you in right away and, if not full, they see you right away, also. The waiting room is sort of small without that many seats and it could be better. The doctor is nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in that he is aware of the treatment plans and medicines, so as to decide on the best possible treatment plan and option for you. Over the phone, they are polite, helpful, and flexible with their appointment scheduling.

Very thankful for all the professionals that are a part of the DirectDerm team. From those that answer the phone and schedule appointments. To the office staff and Doctor Wong. All have a great attitude and friendly smile that makes it wonderful to be taken care of by them.
