Esteem Med Spa

They owed me a refund as the staff who I was working with left before they finished my treatment. They said they could mail a check and they did not, so I called back and they said they would call to let me know when I could pick it up instead. They did not. And now they appear to be closed so they have essentially stole $600 and it's no wonder their business went under. I hope they took their bad karma with them, along with my money.

Esteem Med Spa makes a beauty dork ;) like me feel super comfortable. They have a relaxing and inviting demeanor about the office and staff both. They even explained that a procedure that I thought was for me wouldn't be beneficial. I was very grateful for their honesty and appreciated that they didn't just take my money on a procedure that would have been wasted. Dr. Riolo is very talented and has a wonderful "bedside manner". All of the staff is wonderful and I have worked with Cody the most and she is great. If you are looking for a place to help you to achieve your best look, this is the place.

This past week I went in for my third hydra facial here at Esteem Med Spa & for starters, nothing compares to these facials here. My skin leaves feeling rejuvenated, glowing, & so much better then before. It wasn't until I got to meet the incredible Lauren & get my first hydra facial from her that I really got to experience everything they have to offer. She goes above & beyond to make you feel informed, comfortable, well taken care of, & because of that you know your skin truly is going to be better for it. She introduced me to a few new products as well as taught me a couple different things that I can do in between facials to really help my skin become its best. Esteem Med Spa is beautiful, clean, & so professional. You will not be disappointed, especially if you see Lauren. I left with beautiful skin & a new friend! Thank you Lauren & Esteem!
