Valley Skin Institute

I had a very positive first time experience at Valley Skin institute. I was able to get scheduled quickly as a first timer, I called on a Wednesday and was scheduled for a visit that Friday. On the day of my appointment, I had a very short wait time after I arrived to the office. I normally avoid the dermatologist, since I have had doctors in the past make rude comments. I was assigned Brandon as a doctor, and he was great! I will definitely be back.

It was a pleasant experience to come to Valley Skin Institute. It was fast to call me in, Anton PA asked, listened and looked at my skin then treat them when I was there. Anton and his practice was very nice and professional. I was please and would come back for all my skin care and tell family and friends to come for their skin care.

Providers are good but be prepared for a wait. I was still in the lobby 15min past my appointment and when I asked the receptionist said it would be longer and that’s normal. An update after they replied back: no need to thank my patience, I won’t be going back. I only stayed to see the provider because I had paid my copay.

Professional staff and knowledgeable and professional and doctors. Very busy, but I never have had to wait very long and am in and out within an hour or less. Dr. Storey is the BEST, and always takes the time to answer my questions and address my concerns.

Valley Skin Institute is the best! They are a well-oiled machine! It is so refreshing! Everyone there is great, and Dr. Storey and Dr. Roberts are awesome! Thank you for caring!
