I have had a great experience here at Renew in Fullerton. The ladies are all nice. I bought a Groupon for a 6 session face hair removal which has been honored no up selling. Never had an a problem making appointment around my schedule and if I had to reschedule the accommodate easy peasy. My laser hair removal nurse for all my session has been Ms Janet Hana. She is very cool and gets me in and out and obviously does a great job as I have awesome results.

I absolutely love my results. The doctor was so quick and it barely hurt at all. He was so cool and very knowledgeable. I asked him to put filler whenever he thought i needed it and my face looks soo good! Definitely the perfect amount. I just look refreshed. I am so happy I finally found a place that knows what they’re doing. I will definitely be coming back for more!! Thank you so much!!

I've been coming for years for my laser hair removal. Nurse Janet is the best. The other girls are really sweet and it's very easy to make appointments. Price is very reasonable.

The staff are here super friendly and really fun. The prices for the laser hair removal are really affordable when you pre-book multiple sessions. Laser uses cold blasts after each zap which doesn't hurt at all. 100% recommend.

Admin team are EXTREMELY rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Thought I would try laser for small area to see how it it and then move to bigger area (more money) if I like it. FOR SURE not going back to this place. I read some of the reviews, and some of them are about the mistreatment by the staff. Advice to the owner of this place, "if you care about your business, keep an eye on your admin team. They are not doing their job right".
