I work at another derm office, I was curious to see how other offices handle skin checks from new patients. I'm not sure if it's due to my Medi-Cal Kaiser insurance or another billing issue but this was by far the shortest appointment of my entire life. Dr. Navi was in the room literally 5 minutes for a so called skin check. My moles need to be moisturized that's why they're itchy is what I was told. Not a thorough check whatsoever. The office sends text confirmations and warns about a cancellation fee. If you don't download an app and fill out forms on the app you are expected to fill them out in the office which leads to a longer wait time. Front desk staff addresses you until you walk up to them and they're free to talk to you. Good luck.

Dr. Navi is the best dermetologist I know! My 6 month old baby ( 4 months old at his first appointment), had a severe skin condition that was getting worse and worse day by day. We took him to a dermetologist who didn't really do anything or suggest anything because she never had babies as patient. She recommended us to take him to Children Hospital. The earliest appointment the Children Hospital had was in 3 months! Mind you that at this point my son was covered in red, painful,itchy rashes, and he had blisters all over his chest. I called the office again and requested to see a different doctor, Dr. Navi was available that day. Dr. Navi diagnosed him with eczema the second he saw his skin. Paitently he explained everything to us, and step by step guided us what to do. His guidance and the prescribed drugs did miracle! The painful rashes and blisters were gone within 3 days, and he recovered from the rushes within a month. Now my son is a happy, healthy baby with a clear skin. Thanks to Dr.Navi, his professionalism and his great knowledge. He literally saved my son, and didn't back off with saying " oh I don't treat babies, take him to Children hospital". Dr Navi and his assistants are super nice and helpful. I can't recommend him enough! I would give him a 10 star review if I could!

I called for an appointment for my mom and the receptionist said she wanted her name and date of birth and maybe her ss number. However I stopped before she asked for her ss number and said I don’t want to say this info on the phone. She said that she had to create a profile for her before the visit. She also wanted me to read all the insurance info as well. So I hung up and called another office and all I had to give is her name and phone number. They were ok with me giving everything else at the office. I suspect they are scammers

Dr. Navi is the best dermatologist I have came across, and I have been to a handful of them. I have been going to him for 2 years, I was an accutane patient and ended up doing microneedling with him as well. I am soo grateful I found him. He creates a very comfortable environment for his patients and answers questions to make sure you understand. The staff is also incredible, never a wait! Thank you so much Dr. Navi and staff, you got me as a patient for life!

Dr Navi was professional and very helpful in my follow up visit. He recommended an alternative to my treatment, provided me the supporting justification,in which we both agreed and moved forward. He also exhibited genuine concern for making my condition disappear. Thank you!
