CraigAnn and Claire were so amazing at helping me with my first appointment! I was very nervous, anxious about going in after being too afraid for years. They calmed my fears immediately, made me feel so calm and taken care of, they were to sweetest and most patient with me! And nurse Rita was excellent with my service! Made my first time go so smoothly, very much looking forward to my laser journey with them :)

The facility was spotless! The vibe was awesome! The employees were outstanding! Anna explained everything in detail- such a good person. Andrea was the nurse who performed my procedure. She is very knowledgeable and kind. Claire was super nice to talk to! I can’t wait to go back😊

Have had a great experience here so far! Just had my fifth Brazilian and underarm session and the results have already been excellent. Sheila was awesome! Made me feel so comfortable! All of the staff have been welcoming and super kind. Definitely recommend!

I have had a great experience with this location in customer service, and with the nurses who I receive treatments from! Rita is the nurse I see, she is always helpful in talking through treatment options and I always feel heard and understood, and walk away with what I have asked for. I have used Botox and Xeomin, and the results are stunning! Anna, the store manager assisted me with buying a new package of units to suit my needs. This treatment team has been the best experience I have had in Glendale, and I have tried several other med spas in the area. Can’t recommend it more!

I had my consultation with Anna for tattoo removal she was so thorough about the procedure and made me feel confident with my decision, as well as answering all the questions I had about the process. Jaime came in to apply my numbing cream and was so sweet and personable. Paige was my technician, she was very professional yet comforting throughout the entire session. Great overall experience and excited to come back to finish up my tattoo removal process.
