Evelyn is literally a perfectionist! She has a very light touch and takes her time making sure everything looks symmetric. I value her honest opinions about what I need every time. Two full syringes later and no bruising, she's the best!! Her front desk Nat is also so sweet! Always checks to see if I need water or anything. I love coming here!! Can't recommend it enough.

Evelyn is an absolute sweetheart. She truly listens to what you want & strives to give you just that. I’m always nervous about doing anything to my face( because after all, it’s what everyone sees) but her work is so impeccable. I look so refreshed yet no one would be able to tell I did anything to my face! Which is exactly what I wanted. She’s so kind, caring, and compassionate. I would 100% recommend her. The receptionist (her name escapes my poor memory) is also a sweetheart! Honestly you just feel at ease walking into this office. Will definitely be coming back in the future !

I absolutely love Refinery and cannot imagine going anywhere else for my services. Evelyn and her team are incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. As soon as I get to my appointment I’m greeted by the sweet girl who works the front desk. I don’t go very often but when I do, she always remembers who I am. I am also always offered something to drink which I appreciate. Evelyn is one of the most honest injectors you will ever meet. She is not greedy and will never push you to get additional services. Additionally, she answers any questions that I have before we get started. She is also very personable. Regardless of how many people she sees per day (she is very booked), she will always remember details about you. The place is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I highly recommend Refinery!

My experience at Refinery was nothing short of PERFECT! My great experience started before my actual appointment. As a very busy working mom, my time is limited and I kept having to change my appointment. I changed it 3 times before actually being able to commit! The process was easy as all changes were made through the website. I had to call once to ask a question and the girl who answered the phone was informative and professional. The office is gorgeous, peaceful and CLEAN with zero wait time! But of course, all the finger snaps go to Evelyn who has an extremely steady hand and is highly knowledgeable on all things injectables. The treatment was mostly pain free and quick. Evelyn is honest and won’t over inject your face, which was a huge selling point for me. She took her time to explain the different treatments she thought I would benefit in and answered the million questions I had. I can go on and on about how much I loved Refinery, but I’ll just let you see for yourself!
