Extremely professional and courteous staff. Very nice, spacious and tidy office space. Everything went perfectly, including the delicate procedure. There was never the slightest wait time for the appointment. Even when I showed up early, they got me in right away! This office will certainly be my first choice for dermatology in the future.

I have been going to Dr. Chang for five years, and I am more than satisfied. Dr. Chang has an honest and pleasant manner, and I have always felt comfortable with her. Another thing I very much like is that after she thoughtfully treats the issue for which I have made the appointment she always asks “Is there anything else?”

I've had a few visits here. Dr. Chang is a good doc, but my appointments with her feel rushed and I don't have much time to ask questions. Additionally, the billing department actively commits insurance fraud, which is why I will not be back. My first preventative care visit a year ago was billed as a regular visit, which I had to ask them to fix. This year, they did the same thing. When I requested that they fix it, they were first arguing with me that it was not a preventative care visit and made something up about receiving diagnosis, which is not correct. When I insisted that it was, in fact, preventative, they DOUBLE billed the same visits as two (preventative AND regular visit). This is insurance fraud, and exactly why our premiums keep going up.

It's always a 5 star visit at Dr. Su's office. The staff are great, welcoming, and always so efficient at their jobs. My visits are always pretty quick and more than satisfactory.
