Advanced Dermatology

I'm not sure what's happening to this practice, but things have really gone down hill. I used to be greeted upon arrival pleasantly and was seen very quickly and had a great PA named Anthony. The last few visits I have not been greeted pleasantly, just a curt, "you have an appointment" no eye contact and no warmth whatsoever. I would always get seen quickly with minimal waiting time and the medical assistants have all been excellent, professional, kind, warm and understanding. They do not keep efficient records and each time you go they say, "what are you here for." This seems unprofessional and very odd to me. I would like my doctor to know what my appointment is for, unless it's the first appointment. The new PA (Jared) came in, seemed distracted and in a hurry. While he is knowledgeable, he didn't want to do anything and said we can do that next time. I didn't feel cared about, get the prescription he said he ordered, and when I went to the front to make my next appointment, they told me it would be another new PA as he was leaving. I used to schedule my next appointment with someone in the back and they were always very nice and helpful. I felt the same short approach when making my next appointment at the front counter. I'm not sure why the PA's aren't staying and high turnover in their front office staff, but it's no longer a professional office that I can depend on.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. The staff is indifferent. The doctor I saw is a scatter brain. I was told twice by him that he would put in a prescription order. It was confirmed by the front office staff and yet the order never went in. I can’t not over state how extremely frustrating it is to be sent to this place only to feel like the office staff is pushing you out or that you ask them to do their job. I have had many terrible experiences with many medical establishments but quite frankly I’ve never felt as invisible as I do here.

I called this Dermatology office more than 4 times, and Every time i was on hold for 1:25 min , after that, they disconnected me. This happened several times for three days in a row. When finally they answered the phone, the girl was RUDE. It will be nice if you hire somebody with a little bit of education and professional to be answering phones and treating people . Also the lady that is scheduling your next visit in that office, has a really bad attitude. What a shame!!!!

I recommend this medical office, for their ability to provide comfort and security to the patients. They are very attentive to my concerns and answered every question I had. If you are looking for courtesy and professional medical treatment. This is the place!

This medical group is the poster child for what is wrong with the medical profession, avoid this place. These people are rip off artists and charged a $40 copay, then told me that my primary care doctor didn't order the right code to remove a dumb little wart on my finger, for the second time. AND... I never saw a Doctor, but a PA, and now, I still have a little wart on my finger, but they sent me the Balance of the visit bill $50 and they did nothing for me but say, "yes that is a wart." NOTE: The reason I'm back is because they didn't get it done a year ago on the first visit. This visit, I'll be out $90 out of pocket and have to go back for a second visit costing another $90, total of $180 copay... really? For a wart? In addition they now have the codes to bill insurance over $1000 to remove a wart. which They failed to remove the first time. so, If my wart cost that much to remove, I will just keep it until I find a reasonable doctor who won't rip me off or rip off my insurance.
