Edit: I was just called by the office right after giving this review here's how they treated me: I was told it was my fault for scheduling same day (was clearly a lie because I called a week in advanced and they LOST my appointment), the doctor chose my medication (I didn't even get to meet said doctor). They are more concerned with their image and telling the customer they are wrong than actually helping you. Stay clear and far from this place. Also from hindsight, why does the receptionist know my medication? Is that not supposed to be confidential? I guess they will gossip your own medication and illness with their coworkers. I made an appointment only to find that I had to wait about 45minutes before being seen. I knew something was off after I asked why and I was aggressively told this is how all doctor offices are (biggest lie told because my previous dermatologist in another state would see me at our appointment time). I come to find out that the person seeing me wasn't even the doctor. Not only did they mess up my prescription, they swapped one out for one that wasn't covered by insurance and they tried to charge me $1,300 for something I would have to pay monthly. If you want to get scammed by a Doctor who is NEVER in the office, and have a nurse (if even) mess up your ongoing medications, please come here!

I have always had a pleasant experience with scheduling. Extremely efficient, quick and easy with pleasant attitudes. My last visit was quick and easy. In the past I have waited a little too long in the room waiting for procedures, but not on my last appointment. Everyone I dealt with were really nice.

My experience with the team at Foothill Dermatology has been exceptional! My insurance provider added some hurdles that the Foothill team, and Crystal, handled everything necessary to move forward with my treatment. The NP and assistant that attended me were very patient and efficient. They answered all my concerns and explained the process as they proceeded to collect biopsies necessary to fully determine the skin issue.

I came for regular skin screening. They froze about a dozen suspicious spots and took a mohns biopsy on one. I have been coming here for years and have confidence in this clinic.
