Highly Recommend Shawn Vangronigen, for pediatric patients. Excellent bed side manners and Very attentive to my concerns. Very nice and patient. Explained treatment plan for 6 weeks and was effective. No need to follow up with PCP. Exactly what I needed for my child’s skin spots will definitely be coming back no doubt. No referral was needed for us! Insurance payed, of course it may vary with insurance plans some may need a referral first from PCP.

Shawn and Liz were both very nice and professional. They addressed my issues that at the time were obvious. Due to previous surgery for another issue, I needed extra protection for my upper torso and they helped to make me comfortable.

Everything was great! Shawn took the time to answer all my questions, Gloria talked to me about facial care and products. My visit was pleasant. Only reason for the 4 stars is due to the receptionist charging me $40 above my co pay. She was kind and will correct the mistake. It’ll take a billing cycle to get my money back.

They are so good at what they do. I highly recommend them. I’ve seen such an improvement not only on my rosacea and adult acne but also on my two highschoolers acne I’ve gotten to the pleasure to have Gabriella, Sean and now another gentleman that’s there. And they have been very knowledgeable and take the time to understand your concern’s and answer questions without you feelings rushed or not validated like at other dermatologist offices.

Shawn is absolutely amazing & so respectful!! He genuinely cares about his clients & his results are AMAZING!! his team is also super friendly & will help with any questions you need answered!! HIGHLY recommend LUX dermatology!!
