I feel taken advantage of to say the least. Almost $700.00 worth of 40 units botox??? I am beyond disappointed. And mind you I have been getting botox over 5 yrs. Not fair nor worth the money. My face looks like I had no botox injections? I wanted a reimbursement and I was treated like I don't know what I am talking about. As a single mom trying to look better, and to trust others. I feel very hurt, unworthy and I cannot afford another treatment... I just want trust and respect. Thank you

I have come to artemedia a few times now for Botox. They are very professional and sweet. The procedure was easy and quick. I will definitely go back for more. Melissa was such a sweetheart when it came to scheduling me for my next apt and recommending laser removal when I asked questions about the procedure. All around great experience!! Best in town.

I saw Victoria at the Healdsburg office yesterday for the first time. I was a little nervous because I’m super conservative with my treatments and I’ve never seen her before. She was amazing at communicating and her placement was perfect. She talked me through my options and the end result was exactly what I wanted.
