My visits with Dr. Huerta are always pleasant, unless I have to get a biopsy. But I’m numb so those are pretty pleasant as well. Dr. Huerta always explains everything with detail. She spends time with me and answers my questions. The nurses always ask questions and are thorough, if pictures need to be taken in advance. The office staff is pleasant and I always get through to a “human” not a recording. I’m very happy and grateful that she’s my doctor. The office is clean, and my wait time is maybe 2 minutes. That is extremely rare at most doctors.

I wished Dr would have spent just a little more time explaining what’s happening. Why I’m going through this all of a sudden. Maybe the allergist she referred me to will. Office is extremely nice.

I was seen at this office and was diagnosed with psoriasis a month ago, I was prescribed zoryve which only helped not making my condition worse. I was promised to be prescribed Skyrizi. I received a denial letter from the prescriber and I called my Dermatologist and asked for Greg, the one who prescribed Zoryve, I asked if he can call me and the receptionist said he would only need to call if they can't answer the question I'm asking. I have been following up at least 4 times and have been told each time that it can take months sometimes to receive an approval for Skyrizi, I asked if they can refill my Zoryve in the meantime, because I was out of it, it has been 3 days and still no Zoryve has been refilled. IT'S VERY FRUSTRATING THAT I HAVE TO BE THE ONE THAT KEEPS FOLLOWING UP AND NO ONE AT THIS CLINIC BOTHERS TO TAKE ANYTIME TO PROVIDE ME WITH ANY UPDATES!!! Oh well, I'm just one person, I'm sure they don't care about losing one patient. Needless to say, I will never use or recommend this clinic to any of my friends or family. I have an appointment to see my primary physician to help assist with my condition when a dermatologist, specializing in skin care can't help me.

Very pleased with this facility. I was with another dermatologist for many years but their practices started getting sloppy. So far, everyone was really welcoming and I felt comfortable during my procedure. I let them know my concerns and they seem to be listening and not bothered. I’m glad I switched

Super! The staff is professional and friendly! Dr. Hureta is a gem and will go the extra mile to help. Also kudos to Kevin! He’s awesome and very gentle.
