I would give 10 stars if I could. Nena and Valerio are heaven sent. 👼 They are so sweet, professional and caring. The way they care for you from the beginning of your massage to the end is amazing. I think everyone in town deserves to treat themselves to a wonderful massage at Paraiso. I personally will probably gifting gift cards to all my family and friends moving forward. I am glad that I was gifted a card to this amazing gem of a spa!

Sub par experience at a upscale price. Went in specifically for cupping and a massage with a wrap and was highly disappointed and dissatisfied. What I booked online was nothing close to my experience. When the massage was over I asked when the cupping was going to happen. She looked at me and said there was no cupping scheduled. She checks her phone, immediately apologizes and then proceeds to tell me it's free next time. 5 minutes free. Then she could tell that I wasn't impressed, so she offered cupping for free next time. I wasn't buying it. The reflection in my tip shows. As a customer I felt very unaware, very bamboozled, very gaslit. Not okay. Front desk needs better communication on all levels, with masuse, with clients needs and on all fronts. Nice people, but they could care less about your needs and wants as a consumer so you'd better speak up because you are not a priority here. I'm taking my buisness elsewhere.

Facials feel refreshing, the products used are the best for my skin and they really get know my needs. I feel rejuvenated and clean. I’ve also gotten massages and I feel so amazing. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. I 100% recommend this place!

This was my first time getting a facial done and I am so glad I decided to come here! This was absolutely the best spa experience I have ever had. I absolutely loved how much information I learned about my skin and how professional and clean it is here! I will definitely be back to try some of their other services and would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.
