This place is a hidden gem. They offer a variety of quality services for a fair price. Front desk girl is really nice and helpful, but that’s just the beginning. The owner not only strive for perfection, she exudes it. She is so dedicated to her craft, and wants to make sure that you are happy with the results. I got laser hair removal for my underarms and Brazilian, 4 sessions and I am all hair-free. I also get toxins with her too. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience. I felt very comfortable which is the not the usual experience my first time at a Med Spa. I am very introverted and awkward. No judgment only a welcoming vibe. I received a Vi Peel Precision Plus to treat post pregnancy Melasma, dark spots. This Peel looks promising. I will update my results as you need to go through a week or two peeling to see the finished result. I highly recommend this place. They do everything there. I was treated by Tiffany and she is really knowledgeable, caring and awesome. I have my next appointment booked!

Questionable Customer Service I’ll share my experience, and you can form your own judgment. I purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal at this business. During my first appointment, most of the conversation was in English. However, the technician (who may also be the owner) spoke to me in Vietnamese, suggesting I book directly with them next time instead of using Groupon. While this gave off a somewhat unprofessional, family-owned business vibe, I shrugged it off, assuming they were just trying to maximize their profit. On my second appointment, I rescheduled from 11:00 AM to 9:30 AM, which was done well within their 24-hour policy and went smoothly. The real issue arose during my third appointment. I had it scheduled for 12:00 PM, with email and text reminders confirming the same time. The day before, I received a voicemail reminder that also confirmed the date and time but mentioned an earlier time was available. Since I wasn’t interested in rescheduling, I didn’t call back. Later, I received a message from their number instructing me to disregard the voicemail, so I assumed no changes had been made. On the morning of the appointment, I received a call at 9:40 AM from the receptionist, claiming I was late and accusing me of “hanging up” on her calls. Confused, I explained my appointment was at 12:00 PM. While we were talking, the technician jumped on the call, insisting I had requested a reschedule. I pointed out I had proof of the confirmed time via email, text, and voicemail reminders. She responded dismissively, saying, “I don’t want to argue with you. Just come at 12:30 PM, okay? I have a client now.” I didn’t confirm and hung up. When I arrived at 12:00 PM, the technician smirked and said, “I told you to come at 12:30 PM. That’s fine, I’ll take you. Come in, hurry.” At that point, I chose to cancel the appointment at my expense and showed them the email, text, and voicemail reminders. They initially blamed the girl who left the voicemail, then checked their texting system, which only showed the rescheduled time from my second appointment. They repeatedly claimed I had requested the change. The technician eventually admitted, “That must be a system error. We’re sorry.” When I opened my calendar to prove my Nov. 13 text referred to my Nov. 16 appointment, the technician snapped, “I already apologized. What else do you want from me?” I requested a prorated refund for the unused sessions, which they processed. As for the quality of the laser hair removal sessions I attended, the technician applied excessive pressure, causing unnecessary pain unrelated to the laser itself. If I could give this place 0.5 stars, I would. That half-star is solely because I managed to get a prorated refund. I will never return and feel sorry for anyone working or learning under such a poorly run business.
