I’ve been seeing Macy for my Botox and injections, and she is absolutely amazing! Macy is not only incredibly skilled and professional but also so kind and attentive. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and ensures I always feel comfortable and confident with the results. The spa itself is a lovely place to visit – clean, relaxing, and welcoming. I always look forward to my appointments there! I highly recommend Macy and this spa to anyone considering treatments. You’ll be in the best hands!

My results have been flawless, natural, and beautiful every time I’ve come to BHRC. I am a Long Beach girlie who is usually too low-energy to put on mascara or even run a brush through my hair, but that doesn’t mean I don’t want to preserve my youth (I’m also a red head, so you already know my skin has suffered). One of the things I love most about this place is that they have the beauty bank program that not only makes it easy to save for your next appointment, but it also gives you a huge discount for each treatment and special deals throughout the year. You can save thousands over time - no exaggeration! I’ve gone back to school so I had to cancel my participation, but before I did so, I used my discount to pre-purchase Botox and filler that would last me at least through part of school (lord knows I’ll need it). I saw Mancy today, and I don’t think I’ll go to anyone else again. First of all, she didn’t try to upsell me even once when I told her I was a student. She’s an RN, so she gets it! She also gave me important after-care instructions that I’ve never heard before, and asked me to let her know if I get a headache later because next time she can change the product if that’s the case. All brand new info for me! She made it so quick and painless that I barely registered it had started by the time she finished. Finally, she just gave me good vibes, I don’t know how else to put it. But you know when you meet someone and they just have a really good energy about them? That was my experience with Mancy, and that’s why I’m here writing this review. Anyway, I’ll be back soon!

I’ve been coming here for years because I truly love how easy they are to work with, they always have fun special packages and so far all three nurses I’ve been to have done amazing natural work to just make me look like my more glowing self. I do lip filler and their techniques give more height and shape without looking filled or sausage like haha. I’ve had my cheeks and mid face plumped up to give me a more “”awake” and well rested appearance. I went recently and will share results, but my nurse took Sooooo much time brainstorming exactly how I want my glow up to appear

The lady at the front with the beautiful red hair, is SO sweet!! She answered any questions I had, very patient with me, and she even printed out & emailed me information I had requested. Amazing customer care from her! I came in for Lip Filler, and I ended up getting my Nasolabial Folds filled as well, by the lovely Melissa herself! Which I’m so glad I did! She did SUCH an AMAZING job!! I struggle with anxiety, especially before getting filler bcus I don’t like needles and I had to take anti-anxiety meds before I came to my appointment. Melissa was SO sweet, SO understanding, and SO beyond patient with me!! She took her time, she made me feel extremely comfortable, and she explained everything throughly and took her time doing so! I could tell she really cares about her patients and that’s so greatly appreciated!! Her patient care, is TOP TIER!! Honestly the BEST I’ve EVER had from BHRC!! She made the whole experience better bcus she was/is SO patient, kind, caring, understanding, and she really makes sure her patients understand what they’re getting done, the entire process, the after care plan, and making sure you have a follow up appointment. Which NO other Nurse has done so with me before. She made it painless as possible, which helped tremendously with my anxiety. She made sure I was nice & numb, she had me ice in between (which NO other Nurse had me do the previous times I got lip filler) she was gentle, she does a little tapping before she injects you (which helps SO much!) she talks you through it, along with asking how you are doing through the entire process. Which only helped smooth, & ease my anxiety. She is truly an angel!! Thank you so much Melissa for taking your time with me, explaining everything until i understood our treatment plan, being so kind, patient, and being so understanding about my anxiety. And for overall having good energy, making me feel so comfortable, and giving me the results I wanted. I’m excited to come back in November for my bday hydro facial with Melissa, and any other appointment with her moving forward. Highly - Highly recommend Melissa to anyone & everyone who wants to come to BHRC.

I have been a client of Mancy for years . Although the new location is a little too far for me. But, because of Mancy I am willing to travel. She is the best. The new location is in a great shopping center. Easy parking.
