I travel four hours to see her because I am always thrilled with my results, especially the natural look achieved with the threads on my lips. DONT GO HERE!!JUST FRAUD AND LIES. WE ARE TAKING THESE PEOPLE TO THE COURT. We got one of their flyers in the mail. It was advertised as buy three sessions at $1000 per session and get one free. When we started talking about money, the office manager was lying and trying to put a blame on a desk girl for miss understanding the flyer. We showed her the flyer and it was saying same thing.Desk girl didn’t lie.After that, she said that on the bottom of the flyer, it says the sessions are 1500 each and we show the flyer it doesn’t say anywhere. She continues to blame other girl which is a cheap sales tactic. Basically, we are taking these people to court for the deceptive marketing tactics and doing business in bad faith. MORE THAN SHAMEFUL.

I have been going to Dr. Cosgrove for about 8 years now. I live about 2 hours away. She is fantastic and worth the drive. She is always on time, professional and stays on top of new technology and treatments. Her front office staff is run by Yardena, who is also wonderful. They are great at making last minute changes with my extremely difficult schedule. I appreciate everything Dr. Cosgrove and her staff does for me.
