Dr. Shida Saam's Wellness Center

I had my first appointment with Dr. Saam last week and I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. She was warm, knowledgeable, thorough, validated my concerns and gave me a path forward. I look forward to seeing her again. The phlebotomist (so sorry I cannot recall his name) also deserves an award - I struggle with blood draws and he was so kind and EXCELLENT at both draws. Unfortunately I still got very dizzy and felt like I was going to faint afterwards. He immediately noticed and laid me down, brought me chocolate and water, and sat with me until I felt better, as did several nurses who each tried to ease my embarrassment. 10/10 staff, thank you very much for being so warm and welcoming.

I have had nothing but excellent experience with Dr. Saam. She is knowledgeable, prompt,, caring and her treatments response well. She goes over and beyond satisfaction in all visits! I love her attitude and her office staff are wonderful! I highly recommend her to my family and friends!

I can’t say enough about Dr. Saam’s office. I’ve been a patient in her office for quite some time now. Originally, I would see Dr. Saam. But, for the past several years I see her Nurse Practitioner(s). She has had two since I’ve been with her. Currently, I see Ashley, who is awesome and amazing. She is very thorough and I get outstanding care with her and in Dr. Saam’s practice. All of her office staff are attentive, caring, and thorough. My whole family goes here, and if this isn’t enough to say, when it came time to change insurance plans, I made sure they were in-network before changing, as I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Thank you for the many, many years of care! You all are so appreciated!

Dr Saam and her staff are very nice and thorough from my first visit . However her office appears very 1 sided . All the staff is the same culture and political signs are inappropriate in a professional business . .

I am checked perfectly whenever I have an appointment with Dr. Shida Salam. The office pays attention even to the details of the patient problems. Thank you Dr. Saam and I thank your colleagues in the office .
