Samantha is the BEST. Her skill and her hands and magic. It's always such a relaxing and welcoming experience. I've been getting the glow facial and enhancements tried have been peptide, oxygen, and she recommended the face sculpting last time. AMAZING. My skin is glowy and fresh days later.

Signed up for a membership and loved their products/services. Saw an immediate improvement in my skin, if I could I would give them a 5 star just for that but it’s their customer service that is what is taking away the other four. I was told when I signed up that I could freeze for any reason at any time, and due to some hardship (which I explained to the person over the phone) I needed to freeze my account I then reviewed an email a day later (and only then) told that because my membership wasn’t out of the initial three month commitment my freeze would process after the three months was up. Which would have been fine if I was told about that from the get go. So I had to re-explain and then inform the manager I would need to rethink staying after my contract was up. Which I think is reasonable. He then proceeded to cancel my membership and said he wouldn’t sell me another one “since we are breaking this one” which I never at any point asked to do. I work in membership sales and have for over a year, that is not how you deal with this kind of situation. Incredibly shady and scummy.

I am extremely happy that I found this place. On top of great service from both the receptionist, Giselle & who I would like to call my new esthetician Christina, facial works was accommodating in last minute appointments (call & ask for availability). I was having a very busy & stressful work week & had decided last minute that I wanted to pamper myself. Upon arriving, the staff was friendly, the shop was beautiful yet simple (just how I like it), I got offered water while waiting for my appointment, & their products are lined up perfectly on the left side of the shop along side manuals to better understand each product. I had the best facial experience with Christina. She was incredibly informative, genuine, authentic, patient (I had asked a lot of questions since I don’t normally get facials), she was more than willing to give me the run down on ALL my questions, she was friendly, funny, a good listener, a wonderful educator, & on top of all those wonderful characteristics that you would want from YOUR esthetician, I felt like I left the shop making friends with the staff & knowing more about my facial needs & care. Which I cant say at my first ever facial experience with a diff company (4 months ago) I did not get that feeling of “I would definitely come back here” unfortunately. But I highly recommend to all my friends, family, even strangers to book an appointment here at facial works! My skin feels refreshed, hydrated, smooth, & I left the shop feeling like I understood my skin more. I will definitely be booking an appointment to come back here soon as well as bringing my mother in law and friends in the near future! Thank you facial works in Irvine for training your employees properly & maintaining a great work space for your clients to feel comfortable. I can’t thank you enough for this wonderful experience! Much love & appreciation to the facial works team. You ladies are killing it!

My wife and i have been going here for 3 months straight, and they always deliver with their services! I have Gizelle and I believe my wife has Caroline as our tech and they are amazing!!! Highly recommend! The price is budget friendly and the techs are very knowledgeable and will work with your needs!!!
