I would like to report an incident involving an elderly Chinese lady who was working at the front counter. During my interaction with her, I observed her displaying disrespectful behavior towards a customer by making judgmental comments about their appearance. It is important to note that the lady in question was driving an Audi SUV. Such behavior is highly inappropriate and goes against the principles of customer service and professionalism. I believe it is essential for the management to address this issue promptly and take appropriate action to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their appearance or any other factor.

I purchased a groupon from this business it had expired it had expired 7 days prior I called the owner and she said she would honor it anyway. I went there and she changed her mind and wanted to charge me more than I paid for the group on.stay away from this place
