The staff was exceptional, welcoming, and always attentive. From booking my initial consultation to scheduling my surgery, everything was handled with care and professionalism. Dr. Mark Mofid demonstrated a clear understanding of what needed to be done, and his approach immediately put me at ease throughout the entire process. Nurse Michelle was also outstanding; she provided thorough guidance on how to ensure a smooth recovery and helped calm my nerves on the day of surgery. She, along with the entire team, made me feel incredibly comfortable, especially since this was my first experience with a procedure like this. I am absolutely in love with the results of my surgery. Dr. Mofid and his team did an amazing job, and I am excited to book for my next step in my transition journey. I started my journey, Mr. Dr. Mofid, in 2024, after having left breast mastectomy due to cancer . Upon entering his office, I was greeted by a wall of beautiful ladies, all with genuine smiles. My appointment time was not kept to. But when it was my turn, I understood why. Dr. Mofid is not your typical Dr. He cares, listens to make sure he has everything he needs to know. We came up with our surgery plan. Long story short. Everything about Dr.Mofid, his staff, his services are absolutely fantastic. You will walk away feeling like you have made friends for life. Dr Mofid has changed my life. From the warm welcome you are greeted with when you come through the office doors, to the empathy and encouragement of the staff, especially Olivia and Michelle. I was so nervous about the process but they guided me throughout the treatment and were with me the whole way. I feel blessed that I met Dr. Mofid and his team .

My experience with Dr. Mofid was wonderful. He was personable, listened to what I wanted and expected from my surgery. I am beyond happy with the results. I was hoping to ease the pain in my neck and shoulders with my breast reduction and the results are far beyond what I had hoped for. I’m also happy with the way I look.
