I rarely have to wait, my treatment was always discussed. best of all she is caring about my unusual problem, actively looks for the newest treatment to provide a better solution. She is a God Send! ElaineWT.

Spotless office, efficient staff, appointment times that fit my schedule. I have seen numerous dermatologists in South Orange County. None of them ever helped me with my condition. Dr. Jack is amazing. He diagnosed my condition and treated me on the first visit. He is the only dermatologist that I will allow to treat me from now on.

Dr. Lener and Dr. Jack are both excellent. My husband, kids, and myself have seen them both for yearly check ups, Lener is great for hair removal (but you have to book her 6-8 months in advance)!! My kids have seen Dr. Jack for warts and acne. He is gentle and very thorough. My only gripe is that both docs make you wait. If you have an appt at 3 don't expect to be seen until 3:45. I've never been seen on time there so plan accordingly.

BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE - They charged both my wife and I over $100 for an annual skin check which is supposed to be free / included with our insurance. Every other dermatologist office we have ever been to has not charged for this because it is included in our insurance. THEY HIDE THIS CHARGE in the small print. Disgusting practice. Just lost my wife and I as patients.

Do not recommend. I came in for a small cyst under my chin. The cyst becomes inflammed and super painful. The derm back in NC had the green light to remove it in their office but unfortunately my husband had military orders out to California. I came to this office first thing when we moved to CA for a few visits. The first one was for a mole check and the other for the cyst. The Dermatologist said she didn't feel confident to help me remove it to then send me to the ENT doctor which has 3 stars to help me. Guess what?! He didn't help besides tell me he was going to put me under generalized anesthesia for a small size cyst, no thanks! I immediately requested a new Dermatologist. I was referred out to West Dermatology in San Clemente. One visit in and the doctor was like I can help you out.. He removed my cyst in his office with NO issues. Dr. Carlin has lots of experience. Stay away from this office! You need someone confident in their practice yet alone with your skin! Get a 2nd opinion!!
