Dr. Mills was my surgeon 16 years ago for reconstruction after breast cancer. Unfortunately the implants have ruptured but thank goodness Dr. Mills is still practicing. My surgery is scheduled in a week and I have no doubt the outcome will be wonderful again. Dr Mills is a very caring and gifted surgeon. Dr. Mills is a master at his craft, he takes his time in the consultation appointment, and doesn’t try to push or upsell on other things to be done yet makes gentle suggestions that one may not have thought of.
